Ticket Sales

          

Brethren,

 

Based upon the pace of ticket sales this year and your feedback from last year we have reserved the entire Hall at the Centurion Conference Centre for this year's Valentine’s Charity Ball. There will now be additional space available for the silent auction.  We will also be able to place tables further from the dance floor.

 

Tickets were issued to lodges in mid October based on participation in the 2011 VCB. Ticket sales through Lodge agents have ceased and surplus tickets returned to the coordinator for distribution to the waiting list. It appears that the Ball will be sold out this year, although there might be some last-minute tickets available as of January 26, 2012. These will be facilitated by the overall ticket coordinator, W.Bro. Gordon Hutchison.

 

Tickets (and order forms) will be allocated in groups of 8 which also represent the table settings. Lodges with more than one table should provide the ticket coordinators with details of seating preferences.
