Ticket Sales

          

Brethren,

 

Based upon the pace of ticket sales this year and your feedback from last year we have reserved the entire Hall at the Centurion Conference Centre for this year's Valentine’s Charity Ball. There will now be additional space available for the silent auction.  We will also be able to place tables further from the dance floor.

 

Tickets will be issued to lodges in late September based on participation in the 2010 VCB. Those lodges with no participation in 2010 will not be given an allotment of tickets but rather be provided with an order form.

 

Tickets (and order forms) will be allocated in groups of 8 which also represent the table settings. Lodges with more than one table should provide the ticket coordinators with details of seating preferences.
